We at the Tommy Foundation started one of the Pennsylvania’s first private Sensitive Santa events took place here in Lancaster County in 2008. Separated out from the noisy environment of a mall, and given ample time to spend getting used to Santa, young and old alike love their time with this holiday tradition.
Each child or individual gets almost 15 minutes, with no pressure from the camera crew. Many children received their only pictures with Santa through this program, and it is a yearly favorite for many individuals who are “too old” for Santa. Each family can receive a free picture as well sometime after the event.
