1. To Begin
When you are on The Tommy Foundation site, you agree to a subset of terms of service for which we provide the site to your benefit.
2. Be Good to People
In areas where comments can be made, we expect all our users to be respectful of others. Any personal attacks on any member, whether based on their race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or neuro-status, will result in banning from the site.
We reserve the right to ban your account or your IP, delete your accounts, or other measures, to insure that our other users and visitors can have a pleasant experience on the site.
Also, please note we are not a Federal Agency and thus not bound by the First Amendment. Don't complain when we ban you for being a jerk or harrassing other users, even if you are on the ASD spectrum. When we say ALL USERS, we mean it.
We are pretty reasonable people at the Tommy Foundation. If you have a complaint, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to handle your situation and requests. We're not perfect. We will make mistakes. Yet, we'll always try to help those who should need it.
3. And don't do anything illegal.
YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE FOR ANY ILLEGAL PURPOSE OR IN ANY MANNER INCONSISTENT WITH THE TOS. Please don't hack us to send spam to people, or illegal practices. We're trying to make the world a better place for families affected by autism. There are plenty of groups with political and hateful missions that you could hack or do something illegal with to help make the world a better place.
If you find a security flaw, please let us know so we can fix it.

"BEST SISTERS Pink Tie Ball so far! It's so great to end with such a successful event! I'm glad we were all able to come together to support Autism Awareness..."
Co-Director, S.I.S.T.E.R.S
"It is organizations like The Tommy Foundation, who provide these families with the strength and hope needed to face the diagnosis head on. However, the work that the handful of interns who will devote their lives to helping these families is something that the autistic community needs desperately. Also, the skills one develops through working directly with families and in a constantly changing environment is useful for many professions in fields that require dealing with people and being flexible. I will be forever grateful for [them] giving me the opportunity to participate in this internship."
