Mission:
The mission of ASC is to provide families and professionals opportunities to network with the support of local resources while fostering awareness of individuals with autism throughout the Susquehanna Valley.

istory:
ASC was founded by Jim Bouder in 2004. Today, Liz Carotto servers as President of the organization with Nicole Cekovich and Deb Brown on the board. Formerly known as LC Care, it changed it's name in 2007 to better serve the community.

Autism Spectrum Connections serves Central Pennsylvania as a large networking resource for families thorughout the area. Liz Carotto currently is President of the organization and starting in 2009, partnered with The Tommy Foundation to offer more services and resources to the Susquehanna Valley Community.
Below are some of the recent programs operating under ASC or through a partnership with The Tommy Foundation.
Autism Stand at Saturday's Market
Located at the far right, back wall of the East Annex of the largest flea market in Pennsylvania, Saturday's Market, awareness items, information and resources galoree on autism can be found in the stand. See what the stand looks like in Episode 2 of the TTF Vlog, starting at 5:12 in the episode.
Annual Networking Picnic
Every year organizations and families from around Central PA come out to network, play games, and get to know each other. Organizations that have participated include:
YAP Autism Trainings
Free interactive workshops for parents, students, and professionals on methods for working with children affected by autism. Individuals can receive certifications and it is held in partnership with The Tommy Foundation. Next event is April 25th and posted here.
